For everyone who has been wondering where I have gone. Globo Gym has terminated my membership. So I will no longer be available for free help and advice at their location. I can be reached here on this blog or through email at stanimal@trainwithstanimal.com.

I did not know that was your name for “them”. For now I am fine with paying my dues and showing up now and then.
