What is your excuse?
Is there really a reason you can’t eat properly or exercise regularly?
Here are some of my favorite excuses. These are the ones I hear every day. I may have even used one of these myself.
I don’t have time. (You haven’t made time. Is your health more important?)
I love the taste of Diet Coke. I could never give that up. (OK seriously are you five years old?)
I’m too (old, young, fat, etc.) to get in shape. (Just think about it. If you are above ground you are just right.)
I don’t like vegetables. (You need the nutrients. Food is fuel.)
I don’t like to work my legs. (Always dudes. You have a whole body, train it.)
I’ll get too big if I lift weights. (Always the ladies. There are hundreds of guys in every gym trying to get bigger and it isn’t happening. It is just not that easy, especially without testosterone.)
