Here is Greg doing a pretty challenging exercise for the abs. He is using a good sized kettlebell in one hand and the opposing leg is off the floor with his back on the Bosu. This creates a very unstable situation which requires very strong core muscles to stabilize the whole effort.If you are just starting out, try this exercise without the Bosu. …
